Marcin Werla

Director Of Digital Collections at Qatar National Library

Marcin Werla is an experienced professional in digital collections and cultural heritage, currently serving as a lecturer at Uniwersytet Warszawski starting October 2024, while also holding multiple leadership roles at Qatar National Library since January 2019, including Director of Digital Collections and Director of Digital Content and Engagement. Previously, Marcin worked at Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center from 2002 to 2018, where extensive management of teams focused on national and international projects in IT applications for cultural heritage took place.
