Wouly DE BIE - Oly has extensive experience in aquatic sports management, serving as Water-Polo Manager and Technical Expert for the Qatar Olympic Committee since January 2009. Responsibilities include overseeing high-level sports events, venue management, and developing long-term strategies for water polo. As Head Coach of Qatar Waterpolo and Competition Expert for the upcoming FINA2024 World Aquatic Championships, Wouly DE BIE - Oly has been pivotal in advancing Qatar's national water polo program. Additional roles include Venue Manager for multiple international swimming events and coordinator for various sports during the 2011 Arab Games in Doha.
