Diaa Kassem is currently the Head of Operations at Qatar Steel Company, where Diaa oversees production planning and talent development initiatives. Prior to that, Diaa worked as the Operations Manager at Al Ezz Dekheila Steel Co. EZDK, focusing on production optimization strategies. With a background in mechanical maintenance engineering and materials engineering, along with an MBA, Diaa has a solid foundation in operational management and process improvement.
