Anseb Munir

Anseb Munir has extensive experience in finance and trading, currently serving as Head Finance, Trading at QatarEnergy since November 2019, focused on product control, financial reporting, derivative operations, and settlements. Prior to this role, Anseb held various positions at bp from May 2011 to November 2019, including Finance Transformation Manager, where significant process improvements and automation initiatives were implemented. Anseb also demonstrated expertise in product control and commodity risk analysis for the Global Lights and Global Distillates teams. Earlier in the career, Anseb was a Senior Associate at PwC, responsible for auditing and financial statement preparation, and worked as an intern at Frontier Economics, providing economic advisory services for various clients. Anseb holds an ACA qualification from ICAEW and a Master of Science in Economics & Finance from the University of Warwick.
