Cholid Mahmud

Cholid Mahmud, PMP, CCP, is a seasoned professional in cost engineering with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Engineer at QatarEnergy since January 2018, Cholid has demonstrated expertise in cost estimation and project controls. Prior roles include Cost Estimator at Black & Veatch, where responsibilities included preparing various cost estimates for project proposals and changes, and a Consultant and Trainer for Edwin Primadaya Mandiri, specializing in cost assessment for oil and gas projects. Additional experience includes positions at LUKOIL, BP, and Black Cat Engineering & Construction W.L.L, as well as earlier roles at Meta Epsi and PLN Jasa & Produksi Bandung. Cholid holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, earned from 1997 to 2004.
