Javaid Ahmad Deva is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies in the energy and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at QatarEnergy since August 2024, Javaid's previous positions include Principal Electrical Engineer for the Petronas ZLNG Project at JGC and Senior Electrical Engineer at OQ, where involvement included key projects like the DBOOM - Bisat Oil Processing Facility and the Liwa Plastics Industries Complex. Javaid's career spans major projects with companies such as Wood Group, Mott MacDonald, Chiyoda Corporation, Samsung Engineering, Crompton Greaves, and ABB India, showcasing expertise in electrical system design and project delivery. Javaid holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from NIT Srinagar, earned between 1999 and 2003.
