Osama Melhem

Osama Melhem is a seasoned civil construction professional, currently serving as a Civil Construction Supervisor at QatarEnergy since June 2024. Prior to this role, Osama held various managerial positions, including Construction Manager at Al Nasr Construction Dynamics W.L.L. from October 2020 to March 2024 and AMANA Qatar Contracting from December 2019 to October 2020. Osama also worked as a Project Manager at Technology Way Trading and Contracting, focusing on fit-out works, and as a Senior Civil Engineer at Nakheel Landscapes, specializing in construction works, landscapes, and underground utilities. Osama holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Near East University, completed in March 2009, and is certified in PMP, RMP, and UPDA.
