Sahaya Vinish is an experienced field operator in the oil and gas industry, currently employed at Int'l Mechanical and Electrical Co. (IMECO) since October 2021, specializing in various processes at ADNOC gas, including NGL Recovery and Gas Sweetening Units. Prior to IMECO, Sahaya held roles at Arabian Industries LLC as a Wellhead Operator focusing on the commissioning of the Upper Zakum project, and at Cairn Oil and Gas as a Production Operator, managing wellhead activities and associated utility systems. Beginning a career at Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited as a Junior Production Operator, Sahaya gained foundational experience in well startup and shutdown operations. Sahaya holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, completed in 2014.
