Alina Arkhypenko

Alina Arkhypenko is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Team Lead and HR Manager at QATestLab since September 2021, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle and enhancing HR processes. Previous experience includes working as a Recruiter for Morgan Furniture LLC, where recruitment and onboarding were key responsibilities, and as a co-owner and co-founder of Bar-cafe Vsevyshnia, where Alina managed café operations and staff. Additionally, experience as Managing Director at Barkas Coffee involved standardizing operations and managing staff while also fulfilling HR functions. Alina Arkhypenko holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the National University of Ostroh Academy and completed training at Polygraph School Psiwell in 2015.
