Thomas Feuster is a seasoned IT Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects and transitioning methodologies, particularly from waterfall to agile (SAFe). Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager at QAware GmbH since May 2020, Thomas previously held significant roles at Capgemini, including Project Director and Senior IT Project Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-shore teams and ensuring project delivery for clients in Europe and the automotive sector. Thomas's career also includes a tenure as Managing Consultant at sd&m AG. Holding a Dr. rer. nat. in Theoretical Physics from Justus Liebig University Giessen and additional education from the University of Washington, Thomas combines a strong academic foundation with robust project management expertise.
