The QB Collective exists at the intersection of elite talent and NFL expertise.

Founded in 2016 by Richmond Flowers III – former NFL player, scout, coach, and now one of football's leading coaching agents – the Collective was built on a singular belief: quarterback prospects deserve access to pro-level instruction.

That vision created the country's premier quarterback development incubator. Past camp coaches include NFL luminaries like Sean McVay, Kyle Shanahan, and Mike McDaniel, alongside general managers like John Schneider and current offensive/defensive coordinators. These aren't guest appearances by the coaches. They're invested in sharing the strategic frameworks, mental game, and leadership principles that define NFL-ready quarterback play.

The results validate the model. Alumni include Caleb Williams, Bryce Young, Drake Maye, Justin Fields, Julian Sayin, CJ Carr, and more. These quarterbacks didn't just attend a camp. They accessed mentorship and game insights otherwise unavailable to them. They studied film with the coaches who design NFL offenses. They learned pre-snap reads from the architects of the game.
