Allison Calkins

Allison Calkins currently serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at QBE North America, a position held since March 2016, where responsibilities include providing insurance policy analysis with a focus on Specialty Lines. Calkins has experience working collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve complex coverage issues. Prior to QBE, Calkins was a Senior Counsel at Clyde & Co from June 2010 to March 2016, and served as an Associate at Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold LLP from November 2004 to June 2010. Earlier in the career, Calkins worked as a Law Clerk at Medallion Financial and completed a Clinical Externship at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Educational background includes a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration - Finance from the University at Buffalo.
