Bill Haymes

Bill Haymes is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Infrastructure Delivery Lead at QBE North America since November 2003. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing daily activities of an outsourced IT partner, ensuring project timelines and specifications are met. Previously, Bill held various leadership positions at QBE North America, including Distributed Systems Team Leader and Virtualized Systems Team Leader, where Bill managed teams of infrastructure engineers, maintained departmental budgets, and focused on ITIL processes, vendor relationships, and staff development. Bill began the career as a Systems Engineer at Inacom from 1997 to 2003. Educationally, Bill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
