David Mulligan

David Mulligan serves as the Chief Operating Officer at QBE North America, having been with the company since 2013. In this role, David developed and executed the genAI strategy, implementing various proof-of-concepts and full business use cases across the insurance lifecycle. Previous positions include Senior Vice President for both Business Operations and Business Transformation, where David led significant operations transformations and managed extensive project portfolios. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Anthem, Inc., Paradox Advisor Consulting, CUNA Mutual Group, Accenture / Best Buy Technology Group, and Deloitte Consulting. David holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Strategy & Operations from the University of Notre Dame.
