Katrina Watkins

Katrina Watkins is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as the VP People Business Partner - Crop and Risk at QBE North America since November 2010, Katrina has effectively partnered with global executives to enhance leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Previously, as the AVP, Senior HR Advisory Manager, Katrina led the HR Advisory, HR Data Management, and HR Service Center teams for North America. Prior to QBE, Katrina held HR roles at Alliant Energy, including Lead Human Resources Business Partner and Employee and Labor Relations Consultant II, and began a career in human resources as a Talent Acquisition Specialist II at Marshfield Clinic. Katrina holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Winona State University.
