Lou Casale

Lou Casale is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in leading communication strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Communications Partner at QBE North America since September 2023, Lou previously held the position of Head of US Communications at Zip Co in 2022-2023. Prior roles include Head of Communications at MetaBank from January 2021 to June 2022, where effective communication efforts supported its parent company, Meta Financial Group, Inc. Additionally, Lou was Head of Communications at Hiscox USA from 2016 to December 2020, fostering confidence in small business ownership through impactful initiatives.
