Adam Johnson

VP, Customer Experience at QBench

Adam Johnson has been working in the customer experience field for over two decades. Adam began their career in 1997 at The Active Network as an Associate Manager. In 2013, they joined One, Inc. - Insurance Software as Director of Customer Success and Director of Customer Service and Consulting. In 2021, they were appointed VP, Customer Experience at QBench LIMS.

Adam Johnson attended American River College from 1996 to 1998. In December 2020, they obtained a Certified Payment Professional certification from the Electronic Transactions Association.
