Lucas Majnovsky

Lucas Majnovsky has a diverse range of work experience in the field of architecture. Lucas started their career as a Jr. Architect and Purchase at Idea2 Architects in 2011, where they worked on residential projects and produced construction documents. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Project Lead Development at Cross Full Agency, where they helped establish the Department of Design & Construction for Exhibition Stands. During this time, they prepared 3D models and renderings and studied exhibition regulations to optimize visibility.

In 2014, Lucas joined Antares S.A as a Project Architect Semi Senior, where they were responsible for the bidding process, acquiring budgets, and coordinating project personnel and services. Lucas also handled purchasing materials for the projects.

From 2018 to 2019, Lucas worked as a Technical Consultant at Estudio Ignacio Arcuschin, conducting technical inspections and coordinating team efforts to prepare reports. Lucas also assisted the principal architect with legal architecture queries.

In 2019, Lucas joined WeWork as a Building Opening Lead, overseeing office openings in Argentina. Lucas coordinated construction tasks, managed material and furniture deliveries, and ensured the spaces met the company's quality standards and deadlines.

In 2022, Lucas briefly worked at Peretz Architecture as a Project Architect before joining Propia as an Entrepreneur Architect. At Propia, they served as the Lead Architect and Designer for renovation projects, conducting initial client meetings, preparing sketches, managing budgets, and coordinating vendors and logistics.

Currently, Lucas is working at qbiq as a Project Architect/Designer, starting in April 2022.
