Raymond Hawkins is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in account management and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Qbit Computers since December 2021 and concurrently as Director & Systems Engineer at Proud IT, Raymond has honed skills in technical support and management through previous roles as a System Engineer at Qbit Computers, Service Engineer at JHCS, IT Support Officer at Zipform, and Team Leader at Hungry Jack's Australia Pty Ltd. Academically, Raymond holds a Certificate IV of Networking and a Diploma in Networking, Information Technology, both obtained from Polytechnic West in 2014.
