Ilie "Eli" Burcheci

Ilie "Eli" Burcheci has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ilie "Eli" began their career in 1998 at Genie Industries, where they worked as a Production Specialist and Tester. In this role, Eli was responsible for testing products off the manufacturing line, ensuring high-quality and customer satisfaction. Ilie "Eli" also trained colleagues on performing successful tests and quality audits.

In 2003, Eli joined Adult Care Solutions/I & R Senior Solutions LLC as an Elder Care Advisor. Ilie "Eli" provided quality service and care by guiding individuals towards the right adult family home, assisted living community, memory care, specialized/skilled care, retirement options, in-home care, and palliative care. Eli demonstrated empathy and value in their work to support the elderly.

From 2006 to 2008, Eli worked as a Real Estate Agent for John L. Scott Real Estate. Ilie "Eli" specialized in residential properties and had a strong understanding of the housing market. Eli scheduled timely appointments to show homes to potential clients and facilitated home showings to help clients choose the right home.

In 2011, Eli ventured into senior care as the Owner and Executive Director of Agape Senior Living. Ilie "Eli" successfully operated a financially net positive senior care home, providing high-quality and affordable care to local citizens. Eli demonstrated professionalism and attention to care needs by scheduling doctor appointments and site visits in a timely fashion. Ilie "Eli" also projected accurate physical and cognitive assessments based on clients' behavior and response to healthcare treatment.

Eli's experiences continued to evolve in recent years. In 2018, they joined Qbitt Inc as the Director of Marketing & Sales, focusing on driving marketing and sales strategies for the company. In 2019, Eli became a Certified Professional Guardian (CPG) at Bridge Disability Ministries. In this role, they were appointed by the Washington State Court to protect the legal, social, and medical interests of Incapacitated Persons (IP). Eli advocated for individuals who required decisional support due to cognitive and/or physical limitations.

Throughout their career, Eli has demonstrated a commitment to quality, compassion, and professionalism in various fields.

Ilie "Eli" Burcheci obtained a Bachelor's degree in the field of Arts/Psychology from Northwest University. In September 2017, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Professional Guardian from Guardian institution.
