Gabriele Bulgarini

Gabriele Bulgarini is an experienced professional in quantum technologies, currently serving as the Head of Grants and Public Partnerships at Qblox since July 2025. Prior to this role, Gabriele held various positions at TNO from June 2019 to July 2025, including Program Manager and Project Manager, overseeing multiple projects related to quantum computing, device manufacturing, sensing, satellite optical communication, and quantum key distribution. Gabriele also worked as General Manager and Manager of Research and Development at Single Quantum from 2014 to May 2019, focusing on high-performance optical instrumentation. Academic background includes a PhD in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology, with foundational studies in Engineering Physics from Politecnico di Milano.
