Mahesh Vinayagam

Mahesh Vinayagam is the CEO and founder of qBotica, a previous Forbes Technology Council member, SEED SPOT mentor, Founder Institute mentor, and Kozee founder. Mahesh has also been with Syntel as an Engagement Manager, Program Manager, and Sr. Systems Analyst.

Mahesh started their career with Syntel in 1997 as a Sr. Systems Analyst and was quickly promoted to Relationship Director. In 2005 they became a Project Manager/Sr. BSA for Partnerships and in 2006 they were promoted to Program Manager where they oversaw multiple Technology projects involving the roll-out of new Card Products and Risk Management initiatives.

In 2007 they were again promoted, this time to Engagement Manager. In this role they increased revenue by 40%, headcount by 50%, and decreased attrition by 150%.

In 2008 they left Syntel to start their own company, qBotica Inc.
