Dmytro Tsapko has a solid work experience in the field of software engineering and system architecture. Dmytro started their career in 2008 as a Lecturer in networking at Компьютерная академия ШАГ, where they conducted lectures and laboratory classes on various networking subjects.

In 2012, they joined Incom (Knowledge Center) as an Instructor, a role where they continued to share their knowledge in networking.

After that, Dmytro worked at BMS Consulting, starting as an Implementation Engineer focused on network hardware and software troubleshooting. Later, they became a DB Developer responsible for designing and implementing database solutions.

From 2014 to 2017, Dmytro worked at Netcracker Technology, where they held various roles. Dmytro started as a Software Engineer (Java), then became a Team Leader, and eventually a System Architect. In these roles, they were involved in designing and developing OSS/BSS monitoring solutions, leading a team, and integrating software stacks for mobile services activation.

In 2017, Dmytro joined Avalanche Laboratory as a Senior Engineer Software (Go), contributing their expertise in software development using Go.

Since 2018, Dmytro has been working at Qbox, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer (Golang). In this role, they have been involved in developing a Microservices based SaaS platform for ElasticSearch, as well as researching and developing tools for the Kubernetes platform.

Overall, Dmytro Tsapko has had a diverse and extensive work experience, showcasing their skills in software development, system architecture, and leadership.

Dmytro Tsapko obtained their Bachelor's degree in Automatic control/electric drive systems from the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine. Dmytro completed this degree between 2008 and 2013. In addition, they obtained certification as a Certified Kubernetes Administrator from the CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation) in May 2019.
