Jay Madsen is an experienced leader in the healthcare software industry, currently serving as the CEO of StafferLink, which specializes in Vendor Management Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other workforce optimization technologies. In addition, Jay holds board positions at QBS and Applied Concepts, and previously worked as a partner at Search Fund Accelerator. Prior industry experience includes serving as CEO of Lecorpio, which focused on intellectual property management software, and working as a Private Equity Associate at 3i Group plc and an Associate at Summit Partners. Jay began a career in finance with an analyst role at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and started in technology as a Software Engineer at IBM. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
