Helen Turnbull 🌱

Helen Turnbull has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and operations. Helen'smost recent role is as a Marketing Automation and CRM Manager at Qbtech, where they focus on optimizing marketing campaigns and managing sales funnel and customer experience. Helen is also leading a company-wide CRM migration and optimization project. Prior to this, Helen worked as the Head of Revenue Operations and Marketing Manager at | uTenant. | The Warehousing Matchmaker. Helen has also served as a Volunteer at Orange Sky Australia, where they helped create a safe and supportive environment for marginalized individuals. Additionally, Helen has worked as a Marketing Specialist at Supply Chain Channel and as an Assistant Production Manager and Marketing Specialist at Liquid Learning, where they managed events and developed professional development opportunities for senior leaders. Helen has also served as a Mentor at UNSW Marketing Society.

Helen Turnbull attended Bishop Grosseteste University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in English Literature and Education Studies. Helen'sfield of study was specifically focused on English Literature, particularly British and Commonwealth literature. In addition to their university education, they have also obtained certifications in Digital Marketing Campaigns and Marketing Strategy & Planning from RMIT University. Helen obtained the Digital Marketing Campaigns certification in November 2021 and the Marketing Strategy & Planning certification in October 2021.
