Katie Hathaway

Katie Hathaway has a diverse work experience in the field of behavior analysis and therapy. Katie started their career at RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting in 2013 as a Regional Supervisor/Clinical Coordinator. In this role, they conducted intake interviews for clients and managed a team of therapists. Katie then joined Building Bridges Therapy as a Program Director in 2016, where they oversaw the clinical aspects of the ABA therapy program and managed a team of clinicians.
