Mallory Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mallory began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Labor Ready in 2008 and worked there until 2010. In 2010, they joined Kelly Services as a Recruiting Specialist before moving on to the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 2013. At the university, Mallory worked as a Graduate Assistant in the Student Life Office until 2015. Mallory then transitioned to the tech industry and joined Qbtech in 2016 as an IT Quality Assurance Specialist. Mallory was subsequently promoted to Head of Technical Support in 2018 and later took on the role as Head of Technical Support & Digital Workplace in 2019. Mallory has a strong background in customer service, recruiting, and technical support, making their a well-rounded professional with a range of skills.

Mallory Garcia completed their education at the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 2013 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended Brazosport College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Computer Technology - Networking Support Specialist. In addition to their degrees, Mallory obtained a certification in CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in November 2015.
