Prior to this, Hope was the Asst Vice President at Guaranty Bank & Shelter Mortgage Company LLC, leading teams in Quality Control, Fraud, and Appraisal Desk to meet regulatory requirements and mitigate risk. Hope holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
