Matt Layne

Matt Layne has extensive experience in the field of human capital management and consulting. Matt is currently the Principal at QC Consulting Group, an Oracle Gold Partner that specializes in HCM cloud-based applications. Matt has been with QC Consulting since 2016, where they have led multiple successful engagements and provided a range of services from advisory to post-production support.

Prior to their role at QC Consulting, Matt worked at KBACE Technologies as the Practice Manager for Compensation from 2014 to 2016. Matt also served as the Fusion Practice Lead from 2013 to 2014. Before KBACE Technologies, Matt held the position of HRIS Director at Lender Processing Services, Inc. from 2010 to 2013.

Matt's career in consulting and HCM started at KBACE Technologies in 2005, where they worked as a Principal Consultant until 2010. Prior to that, they were an HRIS Supervisor at Family Dollar from 2003 to 2005. Matt's professional journey began in 2001 at Aon Consulting, where they worked as a Programmer until 2003.

Matt Layne attended Appalachian State University from 1996 to 2000, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In addition, they hold certifications in Oracle Talent Management Cloud and Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud, which were obtained in 2016 and 2017 respectively.
