Michael Donadio

Michael Donadio is an experienced Quality Inspector currently working at Industrial Inspection & Analysis since January 2023, previously holding the same position at QA1 from June 2021 to January 2023. At QA1, Michael developed OGP vision system programs and designed 3D printed fixtures to enhance measurement consistency. Prior experience includes serving as a CAD Drafter Intern where Michael created models and conducted Finite Element Analyses (FEA), and as a Laser Scanning Technician/CAD Specialist at QC Group, LLC, operating 3D laser scanners and processing point cloud data. Additional roles include assembly line work at Emerson Automation Solutions and sales support at Target, as well as teaching STEM camps for elementary and middle school students. Michael has earned 43 credits in Engineering CAD from Hennepin Technical College and 44 credits in Pre-Engineering from South Dakota State University.
