Lisa Johnson

Lisa Johnson serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at QC Supply since May 2020, driving HR initiatives to support the future of farming. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Director at Lutz and Universal Mfg. Co., and extensive tenure at PepsiCo, where responsibilities included directing the People Agenda for 5,500 employees across multiple states and leading significant organizational restructures. Lisa's expertise encompasses change management, crisis management, strategic HR planning, and employee development, cultivated through leadership roles in diverse labor environments. Educationally, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
