Linda Payne

Linda Payne has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, specializing in underwriting and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Underwriter at Quality Mortgage Services, LLC since October 2013, Linda has also held positions as a DE Underwriter at Freedom Mortgage and Franklin American Mortgage Company. Additional roles include Special Investigation Fraud Analyst and Conventional Underwriter at Franklin American Mortgage and First Magnus Financial, as well as Conventional Underwriter at Countrywide Wholesale. Linda holds a degree from Mercer University.
