Hrip Stacey Woods

Stacey Woods, HRIP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lydian Energy and holds the role of Managing Partner & Founder at UTurn Consulting. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Woods has previously held senior positions, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources Operations at XPO, where oversight encompassed HR operations for a global workforce of 100,000 employees. Noteworthy achievements include leading HR initiatives for the GXO Logistics spin-off and establishing a global HR technology function at XPO that supported 35 countries. Woods’ career also includes significant roles at Spectrum, Wells Fargo, Ceridian, SPX Corporation, Progress Energy, and SCT, with a strong focus on HR technologies and operational excellence. Education credentials include an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University, completion of the Diverse Leaders Program at UCLA, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Management from the University of South Carolina.
