Vikas Bhardwaj

Vikas Bhardwaj has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Vikas began their career at Steel Strips Wheels Limited in 1995 as a Senior Engineer in Quality System. Vikas then joined Philips Lighting in 1997, where they held various roles including Mechanisation Head and Head of Engineering Improvement. In 2006, they became the CFL i Project leader, overseeing budget planning, international liaisoning, and installation and commissioning of lines. In 2010, they became the General Manager of Operations at Philips Lighting, responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling lamp factory operations. Vikas then worked at Schneider Electric as a Plant Head for the Home Electrical Division, managing plant operations and product distribution. In 2016, they joined Q as the Director of India Operations and later became the Vice President of Global Operations for Medical Devices. Finally, in 2020, they became the Vice President of Global Supply Chain & Strategic Operations at QMD, a Q company.

Vikas Bhardwaj completed a Six Month Course in Business Strategy & Leadership at the Indian School of Business in 2011. From 1991 to 1995, they obtained a B.E degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University. Additionally, Vikas has a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from IGNOU. Vikas also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, although no specific degree or field of study information is available for that period.
