Kim Ahmann

Kim Ahmann is a seasoned professional in training and instructional design, currently serving as the Training Manager and Instructional Designer at QCSS since December 2022, specializing in contact center training. Previously, Kim held the role of Instructional Designer at Blattner Energy from August 2019 to July 2022, and worked as a Trainer for Workforce Management at Avtex Solutions, LLC from 2007 to 2015. Kim holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Online Learning from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the College of Saint Benedict.
