Daniel Furmarker

Daniel Furmarker has a diverse range of work experience in various industries and positions. Daniel currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at QD Sverige AB, where they lead the delivery of IT services. Prior to this role, they held positions at EGN Sverige, Folksam, Regeringskansliet, Vattenfall, Travellink AB, Coop Norden IT, Capgemini Ernst & Young, and Ernst & Young Management Consulting. Daniel'sroles have included Advisory Board Member, Chief Data Officer and Director of Data & Information Management, Head of Corporate IT Solutions, Senior Advisor to the Swedish Gender Equality Agency, Deputy Director, IT Manager Distribution & Sales, CIO & Head of Product Development, and Head of IT - Stores & Staff. Through these positions, they have gained experience in IT strategy, application development, management consultancy, and project management.

Daniel Furmarker completed their MSc in International Industrial Engineering from Linköping University from 1993 to 1997. Daniel also pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from TU Dortmund University from 1995 to 1996. Additionally, they completed their military service and obtained the degree of Lieutenant from Roslagens Anti-aircraft Regiment in 1992-1993. Along with their academic qualifications, Daniel has obtained several certifications including Certified ScrumMaster & Scrum Product Owner, Certified Agile Leadership, Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, Safe Meetings, Certified CEO, and Board Certificate.
