The mortgage industry quietly became organised chaos.

Brokers spend hours researching lenders that were never going to accept the case. Applications are packaged before lender fit is properly understood. The same information gets entered into multiple systems. Workflows rely on spreadsheets, workarounds and institutional memory. Somewhere between lender portals, document requests and underwriting surprises, half the week disappears.

Most of the industry treats this as unavoidable. We don't.

QDEX created the UK's first Pre-Submission Lending Intelligence platform. QDEX Intelligence helps brokers understand lender fit, underwriting viability and submission quality before applications reach lenders.

Because finding a product and getting a case approved are not the same thing.

By combining lender matching, underwriting intelligence, mortgage modelling, compliance automation and case packaging, QDEX Intelligence helps brokers think like underwriters before they submit. Not after the rework. Not after the document chasing. Not after the lender says no.

Built by people who got tired of watching talented brokers waste time fighting systems that should have been fixed years ago.

QDEX Intelligence helps create earlier lender fit confidence, cleaner submissions, stronger submission quality, less duplicated admin, reduced operational rework, fewer surprises and more scalable operations.

Because "try them and see what happens" is not a serious workflow.

We work with brokers, firms, clubs, networks and lenders who believe mortgage technology should reduce complexity, not create more of it.

The mortgage industry doesn't need another sourcing tool. It needs better infrastructure.

That's what QDEX was built to become.
