Shane Barsallo

Shane Barsallo is an experienced molecular technologist, currently serving as the Shift Lead at QDx Pathology Services since August 2021. Prior to this role, Shane worked at Cairo Diagnostics, LLC as a Molecular Technologist from April 2019 to August 2021, and held a position as a Deli Clerk at ShopRite Supermarkets earlier in 2019. Shane also completed a summer internship at AkzoNobel in 2017, where responsibilities included creating value propositions for cleaning detergents and conducting comparative tests. Additional experience includes roles as a Store Assistant at Pawling Discount Beer and Soda, an Office Assistant at the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, a Dishwasher at IHOP, and a Slide Dispatcher at SplashDown Beach. Shane holds a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Genetics from the State University of New York at Fredonia, obtained in 2018.
