Matthew Bernard

Matthew Bernard has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Matthew began their career in 2012 as a Sunday Newspaper Deliverer for The Sunday Republican. In 2013, they worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at YMCA of Greater Rochester and also took on the role of Track and Field Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Lowell until 2016. In 2015, Matthew interned at Brookhaven National Laboratory.

In 2017, Matthew joined QE Solar and held various roles within the company. Matthew started as a Performance Engineer, where they managed a growing client portfolio and began exploring regional management tasks. In 2020, they were promoted to Network Operations Center Manager, responsible for managing and growing the Analytics Department and overseeing project management. In 2022, they became the Commercial Assets Manager, leading a team of 10 peers and ensuring reliable coverage of critical clients.

Throughout their roles at QE Solar, Matthew demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills, actively improving operations, hiring and training teams, and ensuring compliance with contract standards and deadlines. Their work experience showcases their expertise in asset management, client interaction, field troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and PV systems.

Matthew Bernard attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics.
