Aisling Cowell is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal sector. Currently serving as an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton since April 2019, Aisling also holds the position of Pupil Barrister at QEB Hollis Whiteman. Aisling co-founded and co-presides over the St Mary's College Freedom Society. Previous legal experiences include mini pupillages at several renowned chambers, such as Landmark Chambers, Artesian Law LLP, One Inner Temple Lane, and 187 Fleet Street Chambers, as well as a marshaling role at Durham Crown Court, where Aisling won the Durham Law School Marshalling Competition. Aisling holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Durham University, completing studies from 2013 to 2016, and attended a Private American School in Paphos for earlier education.
