Kathryn Hughes is an experienced barrister at QEB Hollis Whiteman since September 2015, specializing in white collar crime, financial regulation, and international arbitration. With a focus on financial crime, bribery, and corruption, Kathryn has contributed to high-profile SFO investigations on behalf of both the SFO and private clients. Prior to this role, Kathryn completed a pupillage at the same chambers, covering various areas of law, and held positions as a contract attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton, a paralegal at Linklaters and White & Case LLP, and as a volunteer advisor at WRU Pro Bono Unit. Academic qualifications include a BPTC from Cardiff University, an LLM in European Law from Utrecht University, and an LLB Hons from the University of Bristol.
