Roger Smart

Roger Smart is a seasoned Barrister-at-Law with extensive experience in regulatory and criminal law. Currently serving at QEB Hollis Whiteman since November 2008, Roger has built a reputation for specialist legal advisory and advocacy. Prior to this role, Roger practiced at 9 Bedford Row from 1990 to 2008 and had short tenures at Chambers of George Carman Q.C. and Blackstone Chambers in 1990 and 1989-1990, respectively. Roger's academic background includes education at Scarborough College.
