Paul Blevins

Paul Blevins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program analysis and personnel systems within the United States Department of Defense. As a Senior Program Analyst at QED Systems, LLC since May 2020, Paul Blevins manages critical munitions data and provides updates for Warfighter initiatives. Previously, Paul Blevins served as a Personnel Systems Staff Officer, advising the Headquarters Department of the Army on personnel force structure for multiple Army Corps and commands. Additionally, Paul Blevins acted as the Organization Integrator at HQDA and provided expertise as a Subject Matter Expert for Afghanistan and Pakistan operations. Earlier roles included Logistics Coordinator, overseeing logistics coordination across multiple locations and leading a diverse team. Paul Blevins holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and National Security Studies from the College of International Security Affairs and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Morehead State University.
