Mike Weathers

Mike Weathers is an experienced Optical Technician with a solid background in precision optics manufacturing. Currently employed at QED Technologies since January 2019, Mike has honed skills in utilizing CNC generating, polishing, and centering equipment. Prior to QED, Mike worked at IDEX Health & Science, LLC from September 2010 to January 2019, operating a variety of optical manufacturing processes. Mike's earlier experience includes a role at Geospatial Systems from April 2008 to May 2010, where maintenance of large polishing equipment was a key responsibility, and at JML Optical Industries, LLC from August 2005 to April 2008, focusing on the generation of spherical lenses. Mike's educational background includes studies at the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville from 2008 to 2009.
