Mike Monteith

Mike Monteith has a strong background in pharmaceutical development and supply chain management. Mike has held various roles at multiple companies, including QED Therapeutics, PPD, and GSK.

At QED Therapeutics, Mike is currently serving as Senior Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development. Mike previously held positions as Vice President and Senior Director of Pharmaceutical Development.

Prior to joining QED Therapeutics, Mike worked at PPD as the Associate Director of Global Clinical Supplies from 2016 to 2018.

At GSK, Mike served as the Director of External Supply for GSK R&D. Mike was responsible for managing external supply chains and building globally-based technical and supply teams from 2010 to 2016. Mike has extensive experience in drug substance and drug product manufacture and supply, as well as clinical trial packs and comparator manufacture and supply.

Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated a track record of building and leading effective teams and operating fully externalized supply chains across global CRO networks.

Mike Monteith completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Glasgow between the years 1984 and 1987. Mike then pursued a higher level of education and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the same institution between 1988 and 1991.
