Quoc M.

Quoc M. has a diverse and extensive work experience in statistical programming and data management. Quoc has worked in various roles and companies, starting with their current position as the Senior Director and Head of Statistical Programming at QED Therapeutics since October 2018. In this role, they successfully led programming for a NDA with FDA approval, created solutions for standardization of Statistical Programming environment, contributed to company safety coding and reconciliation, and supported internal ADaM/TFL programming for various studies and designations.

Before joining QED Therapeutics, Quoc M. worked as a Manager of Statistical Programming at Pharmacyclics from September 2015 to October 2018. During their time there, they contributed to the company's ADaM standard initiative, programmed exploratory/statistical/ad-hoc analysis, built standard SAS macros, and conducted presentations to share insights and ideas.

Prior to Pharmacyclics, Quoc M. worked as a Consultant at Roche Molecular Systems from October 2013 to August 2015. In this role, they facilitated the development and implementation of automated workflows/processes, reviewed clinical study database build & programming, and created standardized and ad-hoc reports/tables/listings for data review.

Quoc M. also has experience working as a Manager of Clinical Data at Abbott Medical Optics from August 2012 to October 2013, a Senior Clinical Database Programmer Consultant at JANSSEN Alzheimer Immunotherapy from October 2011 to August 2012, a Statistical Programmer Consultant at sanofi-aventis from June 2010 to September 2011, a Statistical Programmer Consultant at Onyx Pharmaceuticals from January 2010 to June 2010, and as an Oracle Clinical Consultant at Biopharm Systems from August 2006 to December 2009.

Quoc began their career as an OC Database Developer/Statistical Programmer Analyst at Medtronic from September 2006 to February 2008, where they worked on APR and PMA submission in statistical programming, supported the database programming group, and executed OQ/PQ for Oracle Clinical upgrade.

Throughout their career, Quoc M. has shown a strong dedication to standardization, efficiency, and collaboration. Quoc has not only contributed to the successful completion of various projects but has also provided training, coaching, and guidance to other team members.

Quoc M. began their education at Roosevelt HS, where the details of their degree and field of study are unknown. Quoc later attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 1995 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
