Omri Golan

Lead Quantum Researcher at QEDMA

Omri Golan has a diverse work experience, including roles at QEDMA Quantum Computing, Weizmann Institute of Science, and the Navy. Omri currently holds the position of Lead Quantum Researcher at QEDMA Quantum Computing since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Quantum Researcher at the same company from January 2021 to January 2022. From December 2016 to December 2020, Omri worked as a Research student, completing their PhD at the Weizmann Institute of Science. Before that, they were a Research student pursuing an MSc from 2014 to 2016 at the same institute. Additionally, Omri served in the Navy from 2006 to 2011 as part of their military service.

Omri Golan received their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics from Tel Aviv University in 2014. Omri then pursued a Master's degree in Physics at the Weizmann Institute of Science from 2014 to 2016. Subsequently, they completed their education by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science from 2016 to 2020.
