Susanne Grimm

Susanne Grimm has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Susanne is currently the CEO and Founder of Qelbe, where they design and delivers courses tailored to fit the characteristics and realities of micro and small business families. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Igeneris, a Business Design Company focused on launching innovative value propositions leveraging established companies' core competences. Susanne also served as a Board Member at the Instituto de Familias Empresarias del Tecnológico de Monterrey. Additionally, Susanne has experience as a Member of the Board and President of the Family Council at Estafeta Mexicana. Susanne is the Founder and Director of LFE Windward, a group that supports and advises business families in keeping their legacies alive and relevant. Susanne has worked as a Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator for business families in various roles, including at NEXTYOU and as a self-employed professional. Susanne also has experience as a Sales Manager and Training Consultant at Instituto Hune and Estafeta Mexicana, respectively.

Susanne Grimm has a diverse education history. In 2017, they completed the High Performance Boards Program at IMD. The following year, in 2016, they attended Instituto Hune for Coaching and Design Thinking. In 2014, they obtained a Certificate in Applied Communication from the same institute. Prior to that, in 2011 and 2012, they pursued a Certified Organizational Constellation degree in Coaching at Institut Gestalt. Additionally, in 2013, Susanne received a certification in Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence from Coursera Verified Certificates.
