Rusty Orgeron currently serves as the Maintenance Manager at Qemetica since November 2024. Prior experience includes Maintenance Manager roles at PPG from April 2022 to November 2024 and at W. R. Grace & Co. from July 2018 to March 2022, along with a Planning & Scheduling Supervisor position at Westlake Chemical from June 2017 to July 2018. Prior to these roles, Rusty worked as an Operations Maintenance Coordinator at Westlake Chemical, a Maintenance Systems Specialist at Axiall, an Environmental Specialist at Golden Nugget Lake Charles, and a Planner/Scheduler at Levingston Group, LLC. Rusty began the career in 2012 as an Expeditor at JV Industrial Companies, Ltd., and also briefly worked as a Pipefitter at R&R Construction in 2013. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy with a focus on Turfgrass Management from Texas A&M University (2001-2007) and further studies at Lamar University (2016-2019).
