Ron Stephan has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Ron is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Q ENERGY since April 2023. Prior to this, Ron worked at Hanwha Q CELLS USA Corp. where they held the role of Sr. Director of EPC Engineering from March 2017 to April 2023. Ron also worked at Hanwha Q CELLS as the Director of Project Design & Engineering from August 2011 to February 2017, and as a Senior Project Engineer from January 2009 to August 2011. Before joining Hanwha Q CELLS, they worked as a Project Engineer at Solar Energy Systems, LLC from November 2006 to December 2008, and as a Portfolio Manager Mounting Systems at Conergy AG from January 2006 to November 2006.

Ron Stephan completed their M.Sc. in Energy Management from the University of Koblenz and Landau between 2007 and 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering/Renewable Energies, earning a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin from 2000 to 2005.
